As result of our fruitful work, all trainees (18 persons) have successfully passed the official Oracle exam for Global Human Resources and received the status of “Certified Implementation Specialist”.
Moreover, by result of final exam that was realized in the form of presenting potential Proposal to the client using determined technical specifications, the most of participants have received the real job offers in large consulting companies.

At the invitation of our colleagues from Oracle in Azerbaijan, Kertios consultants took part in HR roundtable event that was organized on September 24, 2019 in Baku. Kertios consultants shared their experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and presented our project realized in AfrAsia Bank in Mauritius. Oracle experts also made their presentations and introduced novelties in HR, recruiting and talent management.

At the very beginning of September, Kertios team met with a strategic partner, Oracle Corporation, in which all Oracle HCM Cloud sales specialists and managers in Russia took part. During this meeting there were determined further plan of cooperation between our companies, schedule of joint events and list of joint actions. Our teams could also exchange their experience and ideas. In the future, it is planned to regularly hold such meetings at the beginning of each quarter.

During last two months, Kertios Consulting is helping to our long-time customer, Fanuc Russia, in realization of little improvements of JD Edwards system such as creation of new layout for Inventory Issue document (M-11 Form) based on Service Work Orders.
Moreover, in December 2018 we’ve realized for Fanuc Russia a small project to prepare and customize the system to VAT changes that came into force on the 1st of January 2019.
We are glad that our clients return to us with their new initiatives that testifies the quality of our work.

Kertios Consulting has received the second Cloud Excellence Implementer status in Talent Management. To be accepted into the CEI Program, partners must meet the following criteria:
– Minimum of two certified consultants (current software release) assigned to each module being implemented.
– Minimum of one (1) project manager with 2 successful Oracle Cloud project implementations.
– Two (2) successful customer engagements (within the past 12 months) with a minimum satisfaction score of 7, and a goal of 9/10, by cloud service module.
So, it is big honor for us to be twice Oracle CEI partner!
