Professional experience (Over 4 years):

  • Deep functional knowledge of several HCM domains among the following list: Core HR, Time Management, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Talent Management.
  • Concrete End to End implementation experience of best in class HCM solutions such as Oracle OeBS, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday or SAP Success Factors.
  • Experience of delivering process analysis/redesign during package software implementations or other significant transformation programmes.
  • Experience of Change Management activities in an IT driven project
  • Experience of package implementation methodologies

  • Project exposure to one HCM solution such as Oracle OeBS, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday or SAP Success Factors.
  • Knowledgeable about Process Design approaches and methodologies.

Finance Senior/Principal Consultant JD Edwards E1 

Professional experience (over 4 years):

  • Minimum 5 years in ERP Consulting and implementation landscape
  • Strong functional skills on JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) Version 9.1 or 9.2 for Finances and Procurement domains.
  • Deep knowledge of JDE E1 Russian Localization and Tax domain.
  • Knowledge and understanding of flows across functional areas: Finances, Sales, Inventory/Logistics, Procurement.
  • Capabilities to contribute to activities of Analysis, Design, Build and Testing phases of a project including Business Process Design, Set-up, documentation of Functional Specifications of customizations.
  • Good understanding of Tools set: OMW, Pages, OneView, BI Publisher, CaféOne, etc.
